This policy applies to information collected through eliteedgeb2b.com (and mirrors of this site), email sent to addresses we publish, forms that route to our team, and applications developed and maintained under EliteEdge, including PRKeeper, Knack, and ProvenFrame, as well as successor or related products we operate. Client engagements are also governed by contracts and statements of work. Where an app publishes its own in-product privacy notice, that notice applies together with this policy.

EliteEdge-developed apps (PRKeeper, Knack, ProvenFrame)

EliteEdge develops and maintains products such as PRKeeper, Knack, and ProvenFrame. For those apps, we maintain the privacy of personal and customer information entrusted to us. We use that information to provide, secure, and improve the product you signed up for—not to sell it, and not to use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis or your direction.

• We do not sell personal information collected through these apps.
• Access is limited to personnel and subprocessors who need it to operate, support, or secure the service, under appropriate agreements.
• Customer content (for example records, files, or workspace data you or your organization put into an app) remains yours; we process it as a service provider / processor as applicable, except where you ask us to use it for a stated purpose.
• Your choices for app data—access, correction, deletion, or export—can be requested at privacy@eliteedgeb2b.com. Name the product (PRKeeper, Knack, ProvenFrame, or another EliteEdge app) in your request so we can route it correctly.

Information we may collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, company, role, message content).
• Technical data typical of web servers and hosting (e.g., IP address, browser type, timestamps) if your host or CDN logs it—we do not use this static site to run first-party analytics by default.

Cookies & local storage

How we use information
